Ingredients: makes 4
3 cups pumpkin mash/puree
250g Cream Cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp mixed spice
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups crushed ginger cookies/biscuits
1/4 butter (melted)
whipped cream and cinnamon sticks to serve (optional)
