Ingredients:

1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
1 cup white breadcrumbs
1 tbls melted lard or 90g prepared suet mix
1/3 cup (75g) caster sugar
1 cup mixed peel
1 egg
2/3 cup (160ml) milk
Custard, to serve
